I. Love. This. Team.

I almost took this club season off. Coaching two seasons a year takes its toll...at least for me it does. I'm SO glad I didn't take this season off. My friend and I coached a 12 an under team we had such a great year.

The girls were so eager to learn. You could see it in their eyes. They wanted to get better and better and better AND were willing to work hard for it.

One time a girl asked me what she could be doing at home to get better. Then she listed off for me all of the things she was already doing - probably 15-20 minutes a day already. Wow. She wanted to get better so badly. I told her to keep doing what she was doing!

These girls are gamers. They want to win and they threw their bodies all over the place to make sure they put themselves in a position to do the best they could.

We had such a fun season that we even added a tournament.

Thank You Lord for leading me to coach these girls and have such an awesome experience.
