Ahh...Team bonding at it's best!

Last Tuesday at our practice, I was reminded how much I love to see girls enjoy each other. The girls were doing their warm-up which involves them doing footwork and dynamic stretching while the move from the baseline to the net. There were at least 3 conversations going on while they were doing this. It was so beautiful.

I loved it because I noticed they they weren't all right next to (and talking to) their best friends.

I loved it because we had had a rough tournament 2 days before that and the conversations showed that they weren't dwelling on the tournament.

I loved it because these are the moments they will remember.

I loved it because they feel connected and that makes them play better as a team.
